Dealing with Return Cases in Temu

- At the Seller Center page, go to Orders, select Manage returns and click on Pending actions.
- Get the Temu Order ID and use it to open the order in CS Backend. Click on View return details.
- You can use the Return ID as reference for your CS Backend logs. Check the status of the return if it was automatically approved by Temu or if we need to upload a return label. You can further check the return details and the images/video attached. Contact buyer to try to negotiate to avoid return.
- At the Contact buyer page, select appropriate reason for contact, enter your message to offer options to the customer, and click Preview.
- Click OK to send.
