With Open Return Request

  • Go to Orders > Manage returns > Pending actions

  • Look for returns with status stating The return package has been received and click on View return details

  • Get the tracking details, track the parcel and confirm if delivered. Click the Issue refund button after confirming that the parcel was delivered.

  • Review the refund amount and click Confirm refund to complete the refund process in Temu

  • Log refund in CS Backend and RMA
