We are sorry for the confusion. Please be informed that the information provided at our online FAQ's at https://www.crazysales.com.au/article/faqdetails/7 are general information for the delivery of our items. However, each product's listing page provides more specific delivery information in which the buyer must check before purchasing just by entering the postcode and selecting the suburb at the postage calculator. The postage calculator provides not just the Delivery & Handling fee but also the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) as well as the Shipping Carrier. Also, as stated on the system while you are placing an order, "Our system will choose the cheapest courier for your package(s) based on your postcode and suburb. The cost of postage and courier may change after inputting your shipping address at check-out." Please refer to the sample screenshot at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-yaBaAyW_SAQmVLa0tXeVFxRFE/view?usp=sharing

For example, if you are located in GOSNELLS 6110, the system will provide you the shipping cost of $6.99 based only on this information and set the cheapest courier for you which is Fastway. However, when you proceed to checkout and entered your shipping address, the postage and total will adjust based on the address you provided. If you entered an address to which Fastway does not support for delivery such as PO BOX, Parcel Locker/Collect, etc., the system will automatically change the courier into Australia Post and apply the corresponding postage fee to the order. Hence, the total amount you need to pay will change accordingly. Thank you for your kind understanding.
