Unpaid item assistant has opened a case

1. Go to this link http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CreateDispute&guest=1&DisputeReason=2&guest=1
2. Input the eBay item ID/number - get information from backend
3. Click "Continue"
4. Look for the eBay ID
5. Tick the box then click "Continue"
6. Choose reason from drop down list - "Buyer purchased item by mistake or changed mind"
7. Click "Send Request"
8. Inform customer about the cancellation.
SUGGESTED TEMPLATE:
"We have cancelled your order. Please go to resolution centre to confirm cancellation. Thank you."
