Our supplier requested that the item must be sent back to us for replacement. Please shoulder first the return cost and we will 
reimburse once the item is received. Kindly provide us the return cost with a copy of the receipt to process the reimbursement soon. Please have the

postal service system. You may coordinate with the courier to confirm if the item has been delivered to us and let us know about it
