  • Buyer is asking for the Tracking Number or says that Tracking Number Is Invalid
1. In this case, we need to inform our customer that the tracking information for Economy Shipping can only be viewed by us as a sender. 
2. Inform the buyer of the date when the item was sent out.
3. Give the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
4. Advise customer to wait based on the given delivery time frame. 
5. If not willing to wait, you may offer full refund first but customer should agree to repay us once the item is received.


  • Item Not Received (INR)
1. Inform the buyer of the date when the item was sent out.
2. Check ETA. If still within the ETA, advise customer to wait based on the given delivery time frame. 
3. If still not received after the ETA, inform the customer that the item might have been impounded by custom or lost in transit.
4. Offer full refund and tell  the customer to repay us once the item is received.
