The only way in contacting an eBay customer via email

1. Get eBay ID

2. Go to eBay Backend

3. Choose Buyer Username, enter buyer ID at the space provided then click Search

4. Click drop down arrow and choose Contact Buyer

5. Compose message, review before you click Send
