Temu Ask for Physical Address

Step 1. If the order is Unshipped please refer to How to Request a Change Address in Temu.


Step 2. Initial Email (Send on the same day with Step 1):

Hi xxx,

Your item is ready to be sent out. Since we will be using a courier company to do the delivery, they will be unable to send the item to a Post Office. Please reply to this message with your physical/residential address in the following format:

• Complete Recipient Name
• Contact Number
• House/Unit Number and Street Name
• Postcode
• City
• State

Once we receive this information, we will send the item on the next business day.

Step 3. 1st Follow-up Template:

Hi xxx,

Just following up on our previous message regarding the request for your physical address. Please reply with your complete delivery address so we can proceed with the shipment of your order. We will send the item on the next business day after we receive this information.
