Detail: shipping Address not right

Procedures:
1. Check/Fix the recipient name. It should not consist invalid characters.
2. Check/Fix the address1. It should not consist invalid characters. Address line should not consist more than 30 characters each line. Put the most important address in Address1. This should primarily include unit, street number and street name. To decrease number of characters, use abbreviations like "St" for Street, "Hwy" for " Highway" etc.
3. Check/Fix the address2. It also should not consist invalid characters. Address line should not consist more than 30 characters each line.
4. Check/Fix the postcode. The postcode should match the address1 and address2. Check on google map. If cannot be found, contact buyer via ebay messaging to request for the correct address.
5. Finish the system event.
