Responding to Messages in Temu

- To go to the buyer messages page, on the top right portion of the seller center homepage, click on Buyer Messages:
- The page will take you to All Messages but you can filter a specific message by using the Temu Order ID. Unresponded messages will appear in the Response Needed section.
- Click a message you want to view. On the right, you will see the Temu Order ID that starts with 'PO'. You can also add Order Notes below it. When sending a reply, you can attach pictures or a video. Remember that the reply is limited to 2000 characters only.
- By collapsing the All Messages section, you can also view your sent messages. Simply click on Sent Messages and select or search for the message using the Temu Order ID. You can send another message if you need to send a followup or an update.
