Request to cancel an order - Mydeal

1. If the item is not yet sent, cancel the order in the backend and add a refund request, (Refund to: MydealAccount)
2. If the item is already sent out, inform the buyer that we can no longer cancel the order as it was already sent and provide the tracking number.
3. Options: Buyer can refuse the item so that it will be returned to us. Refund should less 20% restocking fee and postage fee.
