Request for a Call before Delivery AU

Normally, our courier is unable to make a call before the delivery. However, if no one is available to sign for the parcel, the driver will check if the item is safe to be left at the door. If the driver deemed it not safe to leave at the door, then a card with contact information will be left; you can then contact ECOM to arrange for a second delivery.

Normally, our courier is unable to make a call before the delivery. However, if there's no one home and our courier concluded that there's a safe place in the premises for them to leave the parcel, they will leave it there. If there's no safe place, they will leave a card as they would normally do - and take the parcel to a nearby depot and you can contact the depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

Normally, our courier is unable to make a call before the delivery. However, if there's no one home and our courier concluded that there's a safe place in the premises for them to leave the parcel, they will leave it there and take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely, which we can download in our end. If there's no safe place, they will leave a card as they would normally do - and take the parcel to a nearby post office for collection.
