For defective/missing parts:
1. Offer Partial refund if applicable. Judge if the refund amount is feasible. If so, proceed to partial refund.
2. If partial refund is impractical, ask purchaser if the supplier can send part/s from GZ without delay in arranging the replacement.
- Ask for ETA and ask the buyer if is willing to wait.
3. If it will take time to arrange replacement from GZ supplier, ask purchaser if AU warehouse has the parts needed, and check the weight and shipping fee
- (refer to below image).
4. Ask cx if he can wait for about 2 weeks for the parts.
5. If part/s will be sent, update records in the backend. Follow How to Record Resend Parts in the Backend
