Refund via PayPal AU

Normal refund case:

A request has been sent to our accounting department to process your refund via PayPal. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be completed. Also, you will receive a notice on your PayPal account once the transaction is refunded.



eBay refund (when cx used Credit Card):

Please be advised that we are only able to issue the refund via original payment method. Because eBay has paid us your order via PayPal, we can only issue refund via PayPal. However, please do not worry because eBay will be the one to issue your refund via your Credit Card account. If you have further questions regarding the refund process, you can contact eBay customer service. Thank you for your kind understanding.



eBay refund (when cx used Afterpay):

Please be advised that we are only able to issue the refund via original payment method. Because eBay has paid us your order via PayPal, we can only issue refund via PayPal. However, please do not worry because eBay will be the one to issue your refund via your Afterpay account. If you have further questions regarding the refund process, you can contact eBay and Afterpay customer service. Thank you for your kind understanding.



If partial refund cannot be processed:

Thank you for accepting the offer. We have sent a request to our PayPal manager to process the partial refund as we do not have access for transactions with eBay code or voucher applied. It will take 3-5 business days to be completed. Also, you will receive a notice on your PayPal account once the transaction is refunded.
