We are really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We were able to check your order and confirmed that it is still in pending status / canceled automatically due to no payment confirmed. We have now contacted our accounting team to further check your payment and confirmed that we did not receive any. Could you please provide us a screenshot of the payment transaction you did so we could check further? Or try to check with your bank issuer if the payment has been deducted?
