If part/s will be sent from AU Warehouse (RMA)


We already sent a request to our warehouse staff to process the delivery of the replacement part(s). It will take 2-3 working days to be processed and another 3-10 working days to be delivered depending on your location. If there are no parts available in our local warehouse, we will notify you as soon as possible and we may arrange to send part(s) from our overseas warehouse and delivery will take 1-4 weeks depending on your location. Thank you.


If the part/s will come from China, please provide the correct ETA as advised by the purchaser
