We would like to ask your help in returning the item.

To return it for free, please follow the instructions below:

1. BOOK
Visit http://parcelpoint.com.au/crazysales/return/xxxxxxxx and follow the simple online process to create a return label. Check the weight & parcel size restrictions below and choose where to return your parcel.

2. LABEL
Download the Return Form here: http://download.superbmallonline.com/czrmanew-superbmall.doc fill out the information required and put it inside the packaging. Securely pack your item and apply the label. It is important to make sure the product packaging is not damaged and any old labels are removed or covered. Please pack sharp and fragile items carefully. Please write “Heavy box, assisted lift may be required” on the box if your parcel is more than 16kgs. All items must be returned to us with all tags, accessories and packaging in original condition.

3. RETURN
Drop off your parcel at your selected returns location.

Please do not forget to send us the reference/tracking number of the returned item so we can trace it. And please let us know if you want us to send replacement or you prefer refund.
