CRAZYSALES:

As stated on Crazysales General Terms and Conditions at https://www.crazysales.com.au/article/TermsAndConditions:

  • You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout. The estimated delivery times are within working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Normal delivery is within 3 to 14 working days from the date of payment. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time but the actual delivery times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We encourage you to visit the "My Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your product.
  • Please contact us if your item/s are not delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase, any claims of non-delivery outside this time frame will be considered delivered to you.

In your case, since it is already outside the 45-day period, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to process your claim. However, you may still check with your neighbor/s in case you weren't home when the package arrived and they took delivery of it for you, or if you have already done this, you may go to the courier's nearest local delivery depot or post office to check if they can still find the item for you. Thank you for your kind understanding.

EBAY:

As stated in eBay, if the estimated delivery date for your item has passed, and you still haven't received your item, you must let the seller know. You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform the seller that you didn't receive your item. The earliest you must report is once the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed and the latest is 30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed. You can find the estimated delivery information in your Purchase History.

On our end, we encourage our buyers to contact us if their item/s are not delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase. Any claims of non-delivery outside this time frame will be considered as 'delivered'.
