New Process

Warning! Please follow these procedures for:

  • Returning a wrong item sent (with Lucy/Sylvia's approval only)
  • Returning an item due to Change of Mind.




Procedures:

1. Ask the customer to send the item back to the address below:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not forget to indicate the dispatch order number as it will be used by WINIT to determine parcel.

2. Ask the buyer to get back and provide return tracking details which are the Courier company and Tracking number.

3. Once the return tracking details are provided, record the information on the Backend and on Returns record at EBAY UK resend/refund/return google sheet.

4. Process refund/replacement only when the tracking details show as delivered or when it is marked as received at Returns record in the google sheet.

5. Make sure also to cancel the transaction via eBay if the buyer is returning item for refund:

6. If unable to cancel the transaction due to a certain reason, make sure to record the order in FVF records at EBAY UK resend/refund/return google sheet.
