Normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. If you think that there will be no one at the address to accept delivery of the item, and you are happy for it to be left without a signature being obtained as proof of delivery, please create your personal note to the driver on a piece of paper. Make sure to write clear instructions as to where to leave the parcel, put your name and signature on it and do not forget to include your consignment number xxxxxxx. Please place the note on your front door or on a visible area so that the driver will be able to see it and do what you instructed.

-If the order is not yet sent, please include a short ATL instruction from the customer on the Address 2 section of the order's shipping details.
-If the order is already sent out, please add tracking details on your email.
