How to cancel order once there is unpaid case open

1. Go to this link http://res.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CreateDispute&guest=1&DisputeReason=2&guest=1

2. Input the eBay item ID/number - get information from backend

3. Click "Continue"

4. Look for the eBay ID - get information from backend

5. Tick the box then click "Continue"

6. Choose reason from drop down list - "Buyer purchased item by mistake or changed mind"

7. If no need to return item - just put a note "Refunded and no longer need to send back item"\

8. Click "Send Request"
