How to Resend Order via WINIT

Step#1. Go to WINIT.
Step#2. Click Fulfillment => Outbound (BE，United States，Australia，Germany) => Create Order.
Step#3. Fill out the Basic Information table:

1. Choose Standard overseas warehouse Outbound for the Outbound type.

2. Choose UK Warehouse from the Warehouse drop down menu.

3. Input UK for the Country.

4. Input the buyer's Region/State.

5. Input the buyer's City.

6. Input the buyer's Zip Code.

7. Input the Seller Order No..

8. Tick The order number is allowed to repeat .

9. Tick Yes for *is ebay Order.

10. Input mostwantedonline as eBay Seller ID.

11. Input the eBay Buyer ID.

12. Click Next once finished.

Step#4. Fill out the Add Outbound Products table:

13. Enter product SKU and select item that matches it.

14. Input the eBay Transaction ID. Click here on How to Get eBay Transaction ID from WINIT

15. Input the eBay Item ID.

16. Input only 1 for the Quantity.

17. Click Next once finished.

Step#5. Fill out the WINIT Product table:

18. Select the same courier as the original order.

19. Click Next once finished.

Step#6. Fill out the Recipient Information table:

20. Input the Recipient's Name.

21. Input the House Number (optional).

22. Input the Recipient's Tel. No..

23. Input the Recipient's Email Address.

24. Input the Recipient's Address 1.

25. Input the Recipient's Address 2 (optional).

26. Click Submit once finished.

A list of outbound orders will be loaded a few seconds after you click Submit.

27. Find the corresponding Seller Order No. of the item you just submitted.

28. Copy the new Order No..

Step#7. On our Backend, note the new Order Number:

29. Record the resend order at EBAY UK resend/refund/return google sheet.
