How to Appeal Order Violation

  • At the Seller Center in Temu, go to Performance and select Violations. Check the list of current violations and click on View details to check the issue.

  • Review the order to confirm if the delivery was delayed and use the Violation ID as reference in your CS Backend logs.

  • In this case, the delivery was delayed due to incorrect/incomplete address. You can try to appeal this type of violation using this reason.

  • To appeal, first click on Deal with violations.

  • Then select Appeal against violation, enter you reason for appeal, attach images to support your appeal, tick the waiver statement and click Submit.

  • Click Confirm.
