HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE CUSTOMER TO OUR NEWSLETTERS - CrazySales

1. Get customer’s email address

2. Go to Crazysales Backend

3. Click Newsletter subscribers

.

4. Place the email address in the box and click unsub these emails

5. Send the email address to Nicole Deng.

6. If the customer does not want to receive our newsletters/marketing emails at all and requests to be removed from our mailing list, send the email address to Nicole Deng so she can add it to our blacklist or block list.

Suggested Template:

As requested, we will be manually unsubscribing your email from receiving Newsletters and Promotions from Crazysales. Normally, it would take 24-48 for the modifications on your account to take effect. You may still receive emails from us within the timeframe mentioned above.

As reference, you can also edit your email settings by logging in to your Crazysales account then choose My Account>Manage My Email Preferences.
