HOW TO CHANGE CUSTOMER’S LOGIN EMAIL OR PASSWORD
1. Get customer’s registered email ID
2. Go to crazysales backend
3. Go to Customers and orders then click Customers
4. Enter customer’s email ID then click Find
5. Click customer’s email ID
6. Click Dig into the account
7. Click My Account
8. Click Login Details
9. Change password to six zeroes (000000) then click Save changes
10. Inform customer about the changes and to how to change password.

We would like to inform you that we have updated your account. Kindly try to login using:
Email ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Password: 000000
For security reasons and for your privacy, please change your password as soon as possible.
To change your password, please follow the steps below:

3. Input your "New Password" and "Confirm New Password".
4. Click "Save Changes".
