Filing Claim for Orders Automatically Refunded by Temu

  • At the Seller Center page, go to Orders, select Manage returns and click Completed to view all refunded returns.

  • Look for an order that is Refunded and has a File a Claim button. Use the Temu Order ID to review the order in CS Backend. Then, click on View return details. Check if refund can be appealed.

  • After reviewing and confirming that the refund can be appealed, click on File a new claim>.

  • Select the item and click Next step.

  • Select the appropriate Reason for the claim and enter your claim Description or a brief details of the reason/s of the claim.

  • Upload proof such as screenshots of customer message, tracking details, or proof of delivery. Then click Submit.

  • To review the submitted claim, simply go back to the Seller Center page, go to Orders => Manage claims, and search using the Temu Order ID. Use the Claim ID as your reference when logging in the CS Backend.
