1. Offer Partial refund. Judge if the refund amount is feasible. If so, proceed to partial refund. Click here for templates.
2. If partial refund is impractical, ask purchaser if the supplier can send part/s from GZ without delay in arranging the replacement.

Ask for ETA and ask the buyer if is willing to wait.

3. If it will take time to arrange replacement from GZ supplier, ask purchaser if AU warehouse has the parts needed, and check the weight and shipping fee

(refer to below image).

4. Ask cx if he can wait for about 2 weeks for the parts.
5. If part/s will be sent, update records in the backend. Click here for the processes on how update records in the backend.
