Dealing with Cancellation Request for Paid Order in Temu

- At the Seller Center page, check if there is a notification for Cancellation request under the Urgent Tasks.
- Or go to Orders > Manage orders and check the Cancellation request under the Action needed.
- Check the order first if it is Unshipped.
- Confirm if the status of the order is CS Backend is Processing and is not yet Exported for Label Printing.
- Once confirmed, click on Cancel order.
- Click Confirm cancellation request(s).
- Cancel the order in CS Backend and request for refund.
