WARNING! Parcel point return is only applicable if the item to be returned weighs no more than 10kg and the sum of L+W+H is not over 120cm.
Your return has been approved. To return your item for free, please follow the instructions below:
1. BOOK
Visit http://parcelpoint.com.au/crazysales/return/xxxxxxxx and follow the simple online process to create a return label. Check the ParcelPoint weight & parcel size restrictions below:
≤ 10kg; ≤120cm in combined length (W + L + D)
2. LABEL
Download the Return Form here: http://download.bestsaveroutlet.com/czrmannew-bestsaveroutlet.doc
After downloading the form, please fill out the information required and securely place it inside the package or attach it to the outside in a clear pouch or document sleeve. Please DO NOT write or mark directly on the product's box.
3. PACK
Securely pack your item and apply the return label. You may pack the item back to its original packaging or if the original box is not available, kindly use a different box and it will be fine. It is important to make sure the product packaging is not damaged and any old labels are removed or covered. Please pack sharp and fragile items carefully. All items must be returned to us with all tags and accessories.
NOTE: If your item contains petrol/gasoline, oil, or any other similar substances, please make sure to drain it completely without any residue left. Our courier will refuse the parcel if it contains any of these substances.
4. RETURN
Drop off your parcel at your selected returns location.
After your parcel has been received, please allow up to 2 working days for your refund/replacement to be processed. Thank you.
