On hold orders

On hold orders will be cancelled after 14 days of being on hold without customer interaction.

Process:

• 1 Finding On Hold Orders

• 2 Checking which store it belongs

• 3 Sending an email

• 4 Cancelling order and requesting refund

• 5 Leaving notes in the backend
