How to Resend Order via WINIT

Steps for resending an item:
- Step 1: Login to http://www.winit.com.cn/Manage/index.php
- Step 2: Choose "Fulfillment" and "Create batch Orders".
- Step 3: Choose "eBay Orders Template" to download the form and fill in with the correct information. Please refer to * eBay Orders Template for WINIT Resend Order
- Step 4: Save the template. Go back to WINIT system, click "Select File" and choose the template you have saved previously. Click "Submit".
- Step 5: Click "Pending Orders".
- Step 6: Choose and check the pending order you have created. Copy the new dispatch order. Please take note of the recipient's name. Then click "Submit".
- Step 7: To check the order status, go to to http://www.winit.com.cn/Manage/index.php?s=/WarehouseOutbound/index and search for the "Order number" using the new dispatch order.
