1. For Crazysales:

A. Cancel the order by selecting Cancelled from the Change order status drop down.
B. Add refund request. Choose correct method. Please refer to How to log refund.
NOTE: Select Cancel Order for refund reason.


2. For eBay:

A. Cancel order in eBay Backend by selecting Cancel order from the Actions drop down.
B. Choose The buyer asked to cancel the order, or there's an issue with the buyer's address in the Select a reason drop down.
C. Click Cancel order.
D. Click Send Refund.
E. Cancel the order in the Crazysales Backend by selecting Cancelled from the Change order status drop down.
F. Add refund request. Choose correct method. Please refer to How to log refund.
NOTE: Select Cancel Order for refund reason.
