  • To go to the buyer messages page, on the top right portion of the seller center homepage, click on Buyer Messages:

  • The page will take you to All Messages but you can filter a specific message by using the Temu Order ID. Unresponded messages will appear in the Response Needed section.

  • Click a message you want to view. On the right, you will see the Temu Order ID that starts with 'PO'. You can also add Order Notes below it. When sending a reply, you can attach pictures or a video. Remember that the reply is limited to 2000 characters only.
