1. For Crazysales:
- A. Cancel the order by selecting Cancelled from the Change order status drop down.
- B. Add refund request. Choose correct method. Please refer to HOW TO REQUEST REFUND IN THE BACKEND - CrazySales.
- NOTE: Select Cancel Order for refund reason.
2. For eBay:
- A. Cancel order in eBay Backend by selecting Cancel order from the Actions drop down.
- B. Choose The buyer asked to cancel the order, or there's an issue with the buyer's address in the Select a reason drop down.
- C. Click Cancel order.
- D. Click Send Refund.
- E. Cancel the order in the Crazysales Backend by selecting Cancelled from the Change order status drop down.
- F. Add refund request. Choose correct method. Please refer to How to log refund.
- NOTE: Select Cancel Order for refund reason.
