2. Input the eBay item ID/number - get information from backend
3. Click "Continue"
4. Look for the eBay ID
5. Tick the box then click "Continue"
6. Choose reason from drop down list - "Buyer purchased item by mistake or changed mind"
7. Click "Send Request"
8. Inform customer about the cancellation.
"We have sent a request to eBay to cancel your order. Please go to resolution centre to confirm the cancellation. Thank you."
