- At the Seller Center in Temu, go to Performance and select Violations. Check the list of current violations and click on View details to check the issue.
- Review the order to confirm if the delivery was delayed and use the Violation ID as reference in your CS Backend logs.
- In this case, the delivery was delayed due to incorrect/incomplete address. You can try to appeal this type of violation using this reason.
- To appeal, first click on Deal with violations.
- Then select Appeal against violation, enter you reason for appeal, attach images to support your appeal, tick the waiver statement and click Submit.
- Please ensure you get the copy of proof of delivery (POD), shipping label (from TL) and screenshot of the delivery details on tracking website.
- Click Confirm.
- Once done, you will see the following details:
- If the appeal is successful or approved by Temu, the penalty will not be deducted from our account. However, if the appeal fails/rejected, the penalty will automatically be deducted from our account.
