For incorrect postcode:
- For eBay orders, go to eBay backend and search using the buyer ID. Copy the nominated Suburb and go to Australia Post Postcode Finder: http://auspost.com.au/postcode. Search for the correct postcode. If after changing the postcode on out backend, the total amount changed, go to *eBay Order Payment Error (Paid Amount Doesn't Match)
- For Crazysales orders, copy the nominated Suburb and go to Australia Post Postcode Finder: http://auspost.com.au/postcode. Search for the correct postcode. If after changing the postcode on out backend, the total amount changed, send message to the customer using the template Shortfall.
- Other option: Check address via Google Map.
- For eBay and CKM orders which need the customer to be contacted please refer to eBay & CKM On Hold Orders due to Address Issue.
