Pick-up Only Items (Procedures) UK

Pick-up item Procedures:
       
             
1. Inform the buyer that we just offer pick up service for the item via email by creating new ticket in Kayako if no email was yet 
   received from the customer.
     
2. Once the buyer agrees, the customer must come to collect the item. Change the shipping type into PickUp.
                  
3. Send a copy of the pick up document to the buyer and instruct him to fill in the blank with the Dispatch Order ID, his name 
and date at the bottom of the document and print a copy of it. The document should be brought upon collection.
    
4. Send the pick up address to the buyer.

Sample Template for procedure number 1:
    
Thank you for your purchase! We would like to inform that the item "2x Deluxe High Bar Stool Bistro Dining Chair Back Rest Ergonomics 
Seat Silver" is available only in pick up and we are unable to send it out via courier. In this case, please let us know if you are 
willing to pick the item up from our warehouse so that we can process your order and send you the pick up procedures.
          
For your information, the pick up address is Unit 73 Interlink Way West, Bardon Business Park, Bardon, Leicestershire, LE67 1LD
           
Please take note that you need first to notify us if you are available to pick up the item so that we can send you the pick up document 
which is required at the warehouse.
