Partial Refund for Return Case (Temu)

- If the buyer agrees to keep the item and accepted the partial refund offer. They need to close the return request so we can apply the partial refund. In this case, you need to communicate with the buyer and guide them on what to do.
- This is an example where the buyer agreed to accept the partial refund:
- Provide instructions to the buyer on how to close the return request.
- Once the buyer confirms they already closed the return request, check in the order. Click on the Refund applied.
- Confirm if the return request was already cancelled.
- Once cancelled, go back to the Order details page, and click on Refund order
- Go to Refund order by amount tab, select the refund reason (or the return reason), and enter the refund amount. Review the amount before you click Confirm.
- The refund will automatically appear on the return case status history. Add refund request in CS Backend.
