Oz-auction email address for sending photo/video

For Phone Support Only (You are talking to the customer on the phone)

Please send your photo/video to ozauction@gmail.com using your personal email. Also, kindly write down "Order XXXXX" as reference in the email subject so that we can receive your attachment in time.


For Emails (You are sending email via Ticket or eBay messaging)

NOTE - Please note that eBay blocks messages containing contact information. If you need a video from customer, use the template from Ask for more details / proof AU. However, if the customer really needs or can only send the video to an email address, take a screenshot of the email address below, upload it to https://imgbb.com/ and attach the link on your email.

Then, please make sure to instruct the customer to open the link where they can see our email address, type it in their computer and send the video to that email address. Do not forget to provide the Order ID as customer's reference.
