For SKU: SPSTL15001 / PID 57099:

If the item is reported for not starting, as per Keyya, there may be 2 problems:

1. The carburetor may be clogged. For this one, please suggest to cx to unscrew the screws and check whether there's fuel or oil drip. If there is no oil or fuel drop out, we can confirm the problem of the carburetor. 2. If the carburetor has no problem, then maybe cx adds too much or too less oil and the cultivator will start its automatic protection function. The oil should be about 550ML. Concerning that cx may quite difficult to empty the oil, we can suggest cx stop the automatic protection function.
