How To Send VAT/Invoice Copy UK

We usually send a soft copy of the customer's invoice through the following procedures:


1. Go to eBay Backend
2. Search for the order using the Buyer ID.

3. Go to Actions and choose Print postage labels or invoices.

4. Go to Invoice Templates, choose Invoice template with VAT separately displayed and click Continue.

5. Print a copy of the invoice. (print screen and go to Paint).

6. Share a copy via Google Drive. Make sure to set as Public.

7. Send the shareable link to the buyer.
