HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER (CSPH Guide) - CrazySales

Before placing an order on our end, get first the Request ID from the customer. To get the Request ID, select the appropriate procedures from the following:

• Phone: Getting the REQUEST ID via Phone
  
• Chat: Getting the REQUEST ID via Chat
  
• Email: Using 111 as REQUEST ID for order via Email
  

Login or Register the buyer's account.

• If the buyer has an existing Crazysales account:

a. Get the buyer's registered email address

b. Proceed to https://admin.crazysales.com.au/admin.php?dpt=custord&sub=custlist

c. Input the Login Email and click Find.

d. Click the email address.

e. Click Dig into the account

f. Add the Request ID at the end of the link https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and go to that link. For example, if the Request ID is 1027 then go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=1027

g. Search for the item that the buyer wants to purchase and click ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button.

h. Enter quantity that the customer needs and click Checkout

i. Check and confirm the delivery and billing addresses

j. Choose payment method that the customer will use and click Proceed with payment option

k. Enter needed information for payment

l. Click Submit

• If the buyer has no existing Crazysales account:

a. Ask the buyer if willing to have a Crazysales account.

b. If yes, get the buyer's email address, full name and complete shipping address including recipient name and phone/mobile number

c. Go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/

d. Click Sign In

e. Click No, I'm a new customer

f. Enter buyer's email and use 000000 or 123456 as password

g. Tick the box for By creating an account, I agree to CrazySales'Terms & Conditions

h. Click on CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT

i. Add the Request ID at the end of the link https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid= and go to that link. For example, if the Request ID is 1027 then go to https://www.crazysales.com.au/contact-us?recoveraid=1027

j. Search for the item that the buyer wants to purchase and click ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button.

k. Enter quantity that the customer needs and click Checkout

l. Check and confirm the delivery and billing addresses

m. Choose payment method that the customer will use and click Proceed with payment option

n. Enter needed information for payment

o. Click Submit
