HOW TO MANUALLY APPLY A DISCOUNT (CSPH Guide) - CrazySales

An approved discount can be applied to a pending order in Crazysales. To apply the discount, simply follow the illustration below:

Please be advised that we have manually applied a $xxx discount to your Order# xxxxxxxx. To proceed with your payment, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Login your Crazysales account at crazysales.com.au
2. Click on "My Account"
3. Proceed to "Order History"
4. Click on "View" on the order you want to pay (On the Order History page, if the Status of an order is "Pending", it means the payment has not been confirmed)
5. Choose to either Change your payment method, or pay with the method you have chosen before.
6. Fill in the information needed for the payment
7. Click "Submit" or "Authorize Payment"
