Extra Payment / Shortfall for Catch/Kogan/MyDeal/Bunnings/Woolworths/MySale Orders

Shortfall

  • If there is a change in postage amount resulting from a change/update in the address, please coordinate with the agents handling the store to double check the address and postage amount in the portal.
  • If there is a confirmed shortfall less than $15, ask approval from your TL before adjusting the postage and processing the order. Please ensure to keep a tracker of these orders.
  • If the shortfall is $15 and above, the order must be escalated to Sir Vincent Fang (or the purchaser is VFang is not around) so he can decide if the order needs to be cancelled or processed.


Extra Payment

  • No need to process refund for extra payments. Just process the order.
