1. Check the postage and courier of the item in Crazysales.

2. If the courier is eParcel (Australia Post), just process the order.

1. Check the postage and courier of the item in Crazysales.

2. If the courier is Fastway or Toll IPEC, ask for physical/residential address from the buyer.

3. Send email to the buyer asking for residential address. If the order is from eBay, contact buyer via eBay.
   If the order is from Crazysales, create new ticket in Kayako. Suggested Template: Residential Address Needed

4. After sending the email, finish the system event and create a log on the backend.

Note: If the buyer insists to send the item to PO Box, ask the buyer to pay for the corresponding postage fee.
