PLEASE NOTE: Due to system limit and because we are using our own platform in generating and dispatching your order, we were only able to change it on our system and not in MyDeal portal. That is why you may still receive a notification via MyDeal and the address remains the same. However please do not worry as we have successfully change your address in our system and on the actual shipping label.

2. Contact the Local Courier Directly: As soon as the parcel reaches Australia, reach out to the courier’s customer service team. They may assist you with redirecting the package to a new address (fees may apply) or in arranging collection from their nearest depot or post office.
If no changes are made, the parcel will proceed to the original address provided at checkout. Please note that the delivery usually takes 5-14 business days.
