  • Aramex (Fastway)

Normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. Your package is to be delivered by Aramex and if no one is available to sign for the parcel, the courier may assess whether a safe place is available to deliver your parcel.

Locations deemed safe are:

  • Left as per instructions provided the courier deems this to be a safe place.
  • At the front door without blocking or obstructing its opening, if under cover and more than 5 metres from the street or footpath.
  • Down the side of the house, if under cover.
  • Within a business during business hours.
  • With a concierge.
  • In a letterbox.
  • In a safe place that can’t be accessed by animals and is protected from the weather.

If the courier is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, it will be delivered to the nearest Collection Point. You’ll be notified to collect at a time that suits you.

Should you need further assistance, you may contact Aramex at 03-9320-8100 or feel free to email us back.

  • Australia Post (Safe Drop)

Please note that normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. However, if there's no one home and our courier concluded that there's a safe place in the premises for them to leave the parcel, they will leave it there and take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely, which we can download in our end. If there's no safe place, they will leave a card as they would normally do - and take the parcel to a nearby post office for collection. • iCumulus

Please note that normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. However, if you aren’t home and/or if the delivery driver thinks it’s unsafe to leave it unattended at the premises, you may need to pick up your delivered parcel from a collection point. The driver will usually leave a collection card in your mailbox or under your door and take it to a secure collection point (like a newsagents or convenience store). The card will have the full pickup address, open times, phone number and a map for your convenience. Please be sure to take suitable ID with you when collecting your item.

  • Sendle

Please note that normally, our courier requires that the proof of delivery be signed by the recipient upon delivery. However, if there's no one home, the parcel can still be delivered when the driver has permission to leave the parcel unattended on delivery (as long as it’s safe to do so). The permission or authorization to the driver to leave the parcel should be provided in the additional details on your shipping address upon placing your order. If you have not yet provided your authorization to the driver, you may follow the procedures provided by Sendle on the link below:

Hope this helps.
