Temu Ask for Correct/Complete Address

Step 1. If the order is Unshipped please refer to How to Request a Change Address in Temu.


Step 2. Initial Email (Send on the same day with Step 1):

Hi xxx,

Your item is ready to be sent out, however, your address shows that it is insufficient/incorrect. Please reply to this email with your correct/complete address in the following format:

• Complete Recipient Name
• Contact Number
• House/Unit Number and Street Name
• Postcode
• City
• State

Once we receive this information, we will send the item on the next business day.

Step 3. 1st Follow-up Template:

Hi xxx,

Just following up on our previous message regarding the request for your delivery address. Please reply with your correct/complete delivery address so we can proceed with the shipment of your order. We will send the item on the next business day after we receive this information.

Step 4. Last Follow-up Template:

Just following up again on our previous messages regarding the request for your delivery address.
