NOTE: StraitNz collects items from us in bulk, which is why they need to sort them out onto their depots and will be forwarded to the delivery branches. After a parcel has been forwarded to a delivery branch, the tracking details will be activated online (within 1-2 business days) and the courier's Customer Service can then provide you with the whereabouts of your parcel.
